We LOVE Outside

Every Day that we get the opportunity to play outside is a VERY GOOD day!

 I am just so happy at what great friends all of these kiddos have become.  They play so well together and have truly made some lasting friendships.

The Art of Gingerbread House Decorating

Look out World!  We have some major talented Gingerbread house artists at Shining Stars Preschool.  What a fun activity.  These kiddos sure do know how to create some delicious gingerbread houses.

  

 

 I can only imagine that these masterpieces tasted just as good as they looked!

Thanksgiving Celebrations

Our Little Pilgrims!

 We had two wonderful Thanksgiving Celebrations!  We all learned so much about the First Thanksgiving and about how hard it was on the Pilgrims when they first arrived in the Americas.  We also learned how wonderful the Native Americans were to help teach the Pilgrims how to plant and grow fruits and vegetables.

One of our most favorite days at Preschool.  We LOVE to dress up!  Our day was filled with games, prizes, cookie decorating and of course loads of fun with crazy dressed up kiddos!

2013 Pumpkin Patch

What a gorgeous day we had at the Pumpkin Patch!  The sun was shining and the kids were smiling.  What more could you ask for.

Down on the Farm

During the month of October we learned all about FARMS!  We had fun exploring farm life, all the different farm animals and different foods that can be grown on farms.  It was a super fun theme.

Who Doesn't Like Apple Pie???

Apple Pie Day is always exhausting and rewarding at the same time.  I love watching these young kids make their very own little pies.  They are so excited that they created something so wonderful and delicious!  This will continue to be a tradition at Shining Stars Preschool.
